Better Choice Bigger Future.

The Process

As an apprentice, you’re paid while you learn. Throughout the four-year program, you’ll work for a sheet metal contractor and attend formal sheet metal apprenticeship classes. You will be making money and learning a valuable skill — all while staying debt-free!

Better Than College? You Decide.

No debt is a BIG deal.

As an apprentice, you’ll earn while you learn — so you won’t have to take out any student loans. Through the Colorado Sheet Metal Apprenticeship program, you’ll receive:

  • Approximately 600 hours of classroom instruction
  • Approximately 8,000 hours of paid on-the-job training
